These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Amasampo website, applications, merchant tools, delivery services, rental services, service bookings, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, registering as a merchant or delivery partner, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Amasampo’s role
Amasampo operates a technology and commerce platform that may connect customers with independent merchants, delivery partners, rental providers, and service providers. Depending on the transaction, the relevant merchant or provider may be the seller or service provider. Amasampo may facilitate discovery, ordering, booking, payment, communication, delivery coordination, support, and dispute handling.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your password, verification codes, and account access confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorised access or inaccurate account information.
3. Orders, bookings, and availability
Product, service, rental, price, stock, availability, delivery time, and promotional information may change. An order or booking is not final until accepted or confirmed through the Services. Amasampo or the relevant provider may correct errors, reject a request, substitute an unavailable item where permitted, or cancel a transaction under the Cancellation Policy.
4. Prices, fees, and taxes
The amount shown at checkout may include item or service prices, delivery charges, platform or service fees, taxes, discounts, tips, deposits, or other disclosed charges. Prices and fees may vary by location, merchant, provider, time, demand, and payment method. You are responsible for reviewing the final amount before confirming.
5. Payments and wallet
You authorise Amasampo and its payment providers to process the selected payment method for approved charges. Payment may be declined, reversed, delayed, or placed under review. Wallet credits may be subject to verification, expiry, restrictions, or lawful deductions. Amasampo does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
6. Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from traffic, weather, demand, merchant preparation, incorrect information, recipient unavailability, access restrictions, payment issues, or events outside reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate instructions and be available to receive the transaction.
7. Product and service responsibility
Merchants and providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, preparation, licensing, and fulfilment of their products and services. Customers must follow relevant product, rental, health, safety, age, and usage instructions. Amasampo may assist with complaints but cannot guarantee the performance of every independent merchant or provider.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Additional terms may apply to specific categories such as food, grocery, pharmacy, rentals, parcels, subscriptions, and services. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or deceptively;
- create multiple accounts to bypass limits, promotions, suspensions, or verification;
- interfere with the Services, scrape them without permission, or introduce malicious code;
- submit false reviews, documents, claims, payment information, or delivery details;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm staff, merchants, providers, delivery partners, or other users;
- use another person’s account or personal information without authorisation;
- resell, copy, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.
10. Merchant and provider obligations
Merchants, delivery partners, rental providers, and service providers must maintain accurate registration information, comply with applicable licences and laws, fulfil accepted transactions, protect customer information, follow safety requirements, and pay applicable fees. Amasampo may review, limit, suspend, or terminate an account for non-compliance.
11. Promotions and rewards
Promotions, coupons, referral benefits, loyalty points, wallet offers, and campaigns are subject to their stated conditions. Amasampo may correct, withdraw, limit, or cancel an offer where there is an error, abuse, fraud, or legal requirement.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, software, branding, text, graphics, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Amasampo and its partners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use Amasampo branding without permission.
13. User content and reviews
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Amasampo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use it to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential, abusive, or unsafe.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Amasampo Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information must be processed to operate requested transactions and related platform functions.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Amasampo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact availability, delivery times, product quality, provider conduct, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amasampo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, Amasampo’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater where legally required.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Amasampo for losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights.
18. Suspension and termination
Amasampo may suspend or terminate access where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, non-payment, breach of these Terms, legal compliance, operational reasons, or protection of users and partners. You may stop using the Services at any time. Clauses that should continue by their nature, including payment obligations, privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions, will survive termination.
19. Governing law and disputes
