Amasampo provides delivery and fulfilment coordination through participating merchants, delivery partners, parcel services, rental providers, and other service providers. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery charges, delivery areas, timing, handover, delays, and delivery problems are handled.
1. Delivery availability
Delivery is available only in areas, zones, modules, and time periods shown as available in the Amasampo Services. Availability may depend on the customer address, merchant, delivery capacity, distance, operating hours, weather, safety, and local restrictions.
Amasampo may restrict or suspend delivery to an area when fulfilment is unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or operationally impractical.
2. Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, phone number, access instructions, landmark, and recipient information. The customer may be responsible for additional costs, delay, return, or cancellation where an address is incorrect, inaccessible, outside the supported zone, or the recipient cannot be reached.
Customers should not include sensitive information in delivery instructions unless it is necessary to complete the delivery.
3. Delivery charges
The delivery charge shown at checkout may be calculated using distance, zone, module, merchant, order value, delivery type, demand, promotions, minimum charges, taxes, or other configured pricing rules. The final charge shown before order confirmation is the amount that applies to that transaction, unless a disclosed adjustment is required because the order details change.
Amasampo may offer free-delivery promotions, reduced charges, subscriptions, or merchant-funded delivery. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may not cover every fee or module.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown in the Services are estimates. Preparation time, traffic, weather, demand, address access, provider availability, payment verification, and events outside reasonable control may cause delay. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless the transaction expressly identifies it as a booked time.
5. Handover and recipient responsibility
The recipient should be available at the delivery address, provide safe access, and check the package or items at handover where practical. A delivery may be completed by handover to the recipient, an authorised person, a permitted safe location, or another method communicated through the Services.
Age-restricted, regulated, fragile, temperature-sensitive, or verification-required items may require identity, age, payment, or other checks. A delivery may be refused or returned when the required check cannot be completed.
6. Food, grocery, pharmacy, and other special categories
Merchants and providers are responsible for preparing, packaging, labelling, licensing, and handling their products. Customers should report missing, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, expired, or temperature-compromised items promptly through Amasampo Support. Pharmacy and other regulated orders may require a valid prescription, identity check, or additional information.
7. Failed delivery and returns
A delivery may be treated as failed when the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccurate, access is refused, required verification fails, payment cannot be completed, or the delivery cannot safely or lawfully proceed. The order may be returned, cancelled, rescheduled, or made available for another collection method. Additional charges may apply where the failure is caused by the customer and the charge is disclosed or reasonably incurred.
8. Parcels and scheduled services
Parcel, rental, booking, and scheduled-service deliveries may have separate pickup windows, size or weight limits, prohibited-item rules, return requirements, and cancellation charges. The specific transaction details and provider terms apply where they differ from this general policy.
9. Delivery problems
Contact Amasampo Support as soon as possible for a late, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect delivery. Keep the order reference and supporting photographs or evidence. Refunds and credits are considered under the Refund Policy; cancellation is handled under the Cancellation Policy.
10. Delivery partners and independent providers
Delivery partners, merchants, rental providers, and service providers may operate independently. Amasampo coordinates the platform and support process but does not guarantee the conduct, timing, quality, or availability of every independent provider.
